Who is Mujeeb Ur Rahman Zadran?

Mujeeb Ur Rahman Zadran (مجیب الرحمن ځدراڼ) is a well known Afghan cricket player (cricketer), and a member of the national cricket team. He is a right-handed bowler.

Zadran’s bowling has been described as the “complete package” by Afghanistan’s head coach Andrew Moles. He can bowl traditional offspin and mix it up with legspin and ripping googlies.

On February 16, 2018, against Zimbabwe, at the age of just 16 years and 325 days, Mujeeb Zadran became the youngest player to take a 5-wicket haul in ODIs (One Day Internationals), beating the record formerly held by Pakistani bowler Waqar Younis, who took his first at 18 years and 164 days.
