Sheer Yakh (Afghan Ice Cream)

 

Afghan Ice Cream Finely chopped pistachios

Ingredients

  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Rosewater
  • Pistachios (unsalted)

Instructions

Pour 1/2 tsp of rosewater over 1-2 scoops of ice cream and then sprinkle finely chopped pistachios (unsalted) on the top of the Ice Cream.  Enjoy!
